Morphosphere is a fabric maker. They use yuzen techniques, a Japanese traditional dyeing process. ​It involves drawing designs on white fabric before dyeing the fabric with colors​, one after the other. Starch is applied on the areas you do not wish to dye.

Ms. Manabe Sachi​ has studied yuzen dyeing in University​. Since 2009, she took part in exhibitions on Japanese traditional crafts, winning prices and being highly recognized. She also took part in the Kimono Project for Tokyo Olympic 2020​.

Ms. Manabe Sachi​ not only aims to keep the traditional techniques and the history alive but also wishes to adjust them to our new lifestyle, trying to make beautiful and unique items.
